AH! Today was SOOO much fun. Dayna and Lacey and I decided to escape being college students for a few hours of our lives and run off to downtown seattle for an afternoon of therapeutic shopping. IT WAS AMAZING. First we sauntered (and I use that verb because it makes us seem cool.. like we were actually planning on buying things) into BCBG, Coach and Tiffany & Co. which just made me sad. I mean, I know I'm only 17 but I do believe I deserve an engagement ring. COME ON PEOPLE! What do i have to do to get married?! We saw the bodyguard men with the little wires that hang down from their ears and decided that their convos go a little something like this:
"Tall girl eyeing the 5 carat princess cut... the skinny one is onto the tennis bracelet now.. no wait I think she's getting the pendant."
HOW BORING WOULD THAT JOB BE?!?! They look like they could be in the FBI, but in reality they stand in a jewelry store all day. hahahaa
We then headed to the mothership... you guessed it!!! NORDSTROM. I didn't go as crazy as I thought I would, but then again once you stand in the dressing room lighting things change! I got a tank top, a scarf, and some GLORIOUS Dior lipgloss that I want to apply every 5 seconds.
For dinner it was a little PF Changs action! Soothing Chicken Lettuce Wraps (who added the soothing in there?! Honestly!) are always good in my book.
Got a sweater and 2 tanks at Abercrombie, and I decided that if I was not so passionately in love with their clothing, I would not shop there. Get this. In the dressing room, there is a picture of a guy wearing jeans with an extremely large you know what, and underneath are numerous innuendos about big feet and "egos"... IT'S SICK. Where are their morals?!
Anywho, it's now time for me to finish my comp lit paper. I actually like writing it because I get to talk about my love life!! Okay wait, I get to talk about my LACK of love life, but it's still just as fun. BYE!
